Mentioned as 7 days delivery time: These items will also be mentioned as “In Stock”. For all areas serviced by Manufacturer\u2019s channel partners, the\u00a0delivery time\u00a0will be 7-10 business days. For other areas, orders will be sent from the Central warehouse through transport service which may take\u00a010 – 15 days depending on the location.\u00a0Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.<\/p>

Mentioned as more than 21 days delivery time: We procure and ship the items within the time specified on the item details page.<\/p>

Some items have\u00a0to be imported from outside Nigeria. These items can take 21 or more days to reach you. You can always rest assured that you will receive your order\u00a0within the time specified.<\/p>

For Out of Stock items: Currently, we do not have these products available for sale. Please write to us with customer details\u00a0and we will let the\u00a0customer know once\u00a0it is available\u00a0for sale at Buildmart.dirigible.com.ng. The availability of products is the purview of Dirigible Building Products Ltd.<\/p>

With every order, the customer will receive an email or SMS containing the details of the order placed by the customer. Customers can also see the\u00a0history of the same in their cart. Once we ship the item(s), They will receive another email containing the shipping details.<\/p>

According to the Customer’s\u00a0requirement, if the order is canceled, the customer will be notified by SMS and email.<\/p>

We process all deliveries through Transport & Channel partners.<\/p>

If there is no channel partner available in your area, we will ship your items via local transport or partner from Dirigible Logistics Ltd.
